At Family Matters, every employee goes through a “one on one” screening process that determines the ideal person for the client.

2.) Someone who’s physical condition prevents them from completing tasks around the house.
3.) An individual just home from the hospital who needs help with everyday household chores.
Also included in our basic service are two other features:
Bi-Yearly Home Safety and Security Check
Our service provides a home safety and security check of your residence 2 times per year. These inspections include:
- Inspection of – Personal Alert System, Smoke Alarms, Lighting, Carbon Monoxide Detectors.
- Any Safety and/or Security issues will also be highlighted.
